This project was for the IDEO U course Storytelling for Influence.
- Theme – I Have a Dream – I want to tell a story about the beauty of this world, so that I can inspire others to care about climate change and do small things to save the environment.
- Who? Audience?
- Female city dwellers aged 20-100 years old.
- What do they care about?
- They care about beauty, the future of their family, kids, safety, and security.
- Achieve/Action:
- Individually or group, implement things that can decrease the effects of climate change.
- Pain Points:
- They want to ensure that their kids, grandkids, family, and friends are safe and secure.
- Big Idea:
- We can individually contribute to eliminating the consequences to our family and friends of climate change and enjoying the beauty around us can help motivate us to action.

The Collaboration Overlay Enhancement System is a prototype designed to help answer the question: How might we encourage more purposeful collaboration among reluctant individual contributors in a workplace striving for change or innovation?
Pre-requisites: The business will have all strategies, business goals, metrics, and projects defined. The organizational structure and roles and responsibilities will be defined.
The administrator would start the process by setting up the system integrations and continue through setting up the reward system. Facilitators would continue on by setting up their agenda connections.
